Avengers seeks to take an infinite amount of money at the box office

Cocktails and Movies Avengers Infinity War

Well, it’s worth it. Sure, there is a LOT going on and it may fall just short of a total wrap-up/catharsis, but it’s fun and loud and loooooong. Of course, we’re talking about Avengers: Infinity War. And possibly the only thing that’s going to be seen this weekend.

So, let’s see what’s new this week as we ask you “Whaddya Got on Tap?”

Just one VERY WIDE wide release for this week.

Avengers: Infinity War

Distributor: Buena Vista
Director: Joe Russo & Anthony Russo
Cast: Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Josh Brolin, Benedict Cumberbatch, Chris Pratt, Chadwick Boseman, and Tom Hiddleston
Rating: PG-13
Run Time: 156 mins

Official Synopsis: The Avengers and their allies must be willing to sacrifice all in an attempt to defeat the powerful Thanos before his blitz of devastation and ruin puts an end to the universe.’s Take: Finally! I feel like a kid that has waited for the final issue of a comic book series to see how it turns out.

Duwayne’s Pick: Avengers: Infinity War! This has been TEN years in the making. Every single hero in the MCU is coming together to take on the big bad Thanos. The trailers have been better each time a new one comes out. I am loving all the combinations of heroes that have never met and have to work together. The big battle in Wakanda looks awesome. No other movies are being released that weekend because even they all want to watch it over their own movies!

Tim’s Pick: Yep. One viewing down at midnight last night and leading the group on Sunday afternoon for cocktails and movies. Then I’ll see it again with Ms. Cocktails and Movies next week.
