by Tim Barley and Duwayne Tso

Dinosaurs come roaring back

Only one small, tiny little 65 million year old movie this weekend, so let’s save you some time and take a look at what’s new this week.

Just one wide releases for this week.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom

Director: J.A. Bayona
Cast: Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Jeff Goldblum, B.D. Wong, James Cromwell, Isabel Sermon, Geraldine Chaplin, Toby Jones, Justice Smith, and Rafe Spall

Official Synopsis: When the island’s dormant volcano begins roaring to life, Owen and Claire mount a campaign to rescue the remaining dinosaurs from this extinction-level event.’s Take: Look, the talk that dinosaurs might be a thing of the past literally and figuratively will NOT dissuade us from seeing this blockbuster.

Duwayne’s Pick: Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom! I liked the last one a lot and easily put it as my 2nd favorite in the Jurassic Park movie series. There is a lot of action, a new dangerous dinosaur, the evil corporation, but also a nice message about the environment/conservation. This is definitely going to be a great summer popcorn movie!

Tim’s Pick: Tag  Jurassic Park: Fallen Kingdom – what can I say, I’m behind again.
