Whaddya Got On Tap? – Week of 08/03/18

by Tim Barley and Duwayne Tso

Teen Angst, a bear and spies’ girlfriends. It’s not a joke. It’s the weekend

Everyone looks to take down the team of Ethan Hunt and company. (BTW: this movie has some pretty intense stunts that Tom Cruise did himself, so if you haven’t seen it, go just for those). The denizens of Pooh Corner as well as the comedy stylings of Kate McKinnon and Mila Kunis join forces to see if they can unseat MI: Fallout. So, let’s grab some cocktails and ask ourselves, “Whaddya Got on Tap?”

Let’s see what’s new this week.

Duwayne’s Pick: Christopher Robin! I was a big Winnie the Pooh fan when I was a kid. Every time I saw a new trailer for this, I felt like a kid again. The SFX for Winnie and friends looks so good. I love Winnie’s innocence and the storyline of them coming out to the real world to help Christopher Robin. I am so there as soon as it’s out in theatres.

Tim’s Pick: The Spy Who Dumped Me. Love Kate McKinnon and Milas Kunis has always been funny with the right partner.
