So, there’s this sci-fi movie that looks like it might make a little money this weekend. And then there’s a kids movie that comes on the heels of Coco… We all know how the weekend is going to shake out, and Disney will get the big paycheck this weekend of course, so let’s focus on the #2-#10 slots.

Let’s see what’s new this week as we ask you “Whaddya Got On Tap?”

Just two wide releases for this week. But, one’s pretty big.

CocktailsandMovies.com’s Take: could be tough sledding for Ferdinand so close to the release of Coco and with Jedi and Christmas.

Duwayne’s Pick: Star Wars: The Last Jedi!  I am a huge Star Wars fan and have been waiting for this since Episode VII ended. This movie looks so much better and more importantly darker than Episode VII. It will be more Jedi-focused now that Luke Skywalker is an actual part of the film. I can’t wait!

Tim’s Pick: The Last Jedi. We had it down as an event day on Sunday, but it looks like little old me will be taking in the movie by himself.
