  • ½ oz tequila
  • ½ oz kahlua
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • ¼-1/3 cup melted vanilla ice cream
  • Optional Toppings: Whipped Cream, Cinnamon, and Chili Pepper
Melt vanilla ice cream in microwave for 30 seconds. Combine all ingredients and serve immediately. Top with Whipped Cream, Cinnamon, and Chili Pepper to taste.
There you have it! More festive booze for your celebrating needs! Now if you’ll excuse me, I believe The Boss and I have some finishing touches to put on some features for today… if we don’t break the Coffee pot beforehand. Stick around for our Flicks to Pick, and Tim’s review of Nebraska!
Also, if you need cocktail suggestions for the holidays, search for “holiday cocktails” on our site and you’ll see more for your drinking pleasure. Remember, drink responsibly and don’t drink and drive!
