Duwayne’s Pick: Love, Simon! I have been wanting to see this since the first trailer. I have been a Nick Robinson fan since “Being Charlie”, but noticed him in the small movie “The Kings of Summer” before that. The movie looks great, Nick is great as the lead and has a wonderful ensemble support cast. It has a great deal of emotion/drama to it but has its moments of fun. Great movie for kids to see especially with the rise of bullying and cyber-bullying on the rise in schools nowadays.

Tim’s Pick: I’m behind (again), so maybe Gringo. But, I am taking Ms. Cocktails and Movies to see Black Panther on Sunday…

The Weekend Top Five:

1. Black Panther  – still the king!
Estimated Weekend: $28 million

2. Tomb Raider  – a very close second
Estimated Weekend: $27 million

3. A Wrinkle in Time – this could turn out to be a turkey by Disney
Estimated Weekend: $20 million

4.  I Can Only Imagine – I may not know this movie, but early box office returns are looking good
Estimated Weekend: $18 million

5. 7 Days in Entebbe – do people want to watch dark movies
